Starlink rates the Mini to run in air up to 50°C. Bolted to a roof in full sun, with the dish making its own heat, it can get there. When it does, the Mini protects itself.

The Power Hub moves first.
Twin IP67 fans switch on at 45°C, five degrees before the Mini's limit, and draw the heat out of the enclosure. Once it has cooled, they switch off.
