Shipping

Freight is calculated at checkout from the delivery address you enter. The available carriers and services, and their prices, are shown before you pay. All prices on this site are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Stocked items are packed in the order they are received. Where a colour is made to order, we confirm the dispatch window by email before your order is built. If anything about your order will take longer than expected, we contact you rather than leave you waiting.

A confirmation email is sent when you order, and a second email with carrier tracking is sent when the parcel leaves the workshop. Tracking is issued by the carrier, so scanning events appear once the parcel enters their network.

Inspect the parcel on arrival. If the packaging or the product has been damaged in transit, email us with photos of the carton and the product before fitting anything and we will sort out a replacement or refund.

We deliver Australia wide. Enter a street address where someone can receive the parcel, or a Parcel Locker if the carrier supports it. For deliveries outside Australia, email us before ordering so freight can be quoted.
