Terms of sale

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is taken on Shopify's hosted, encrypted checkout. We do not see or store your card details. Prices and specifications can change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If an item is unavailable, or a price or listing error is found before dispatch, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Products are supplied as mounting and enclosure hardware. Fitting to a vehicle, selecting suitable rack hardware and any 12V wiring are the responsibility of the installer, and electrical work should be carried out by a qualified auto electrician. Check fitment and clearances against your own vehicle before drilling, mounting or driving. Follow the load limits published by the manufacturer of your roof rack, roof rails or platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or refunding the price paid.

We manufacture third party mounting hardware for Starlink terminals. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SpaceX or Starlink. Starlink is a trademark of Space Exploration Technologies Corp.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
