Privacy
We collect the minimum we need to take an order, ship it and answer your questions. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you order we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address and the details of what you bought. When you email us we hold the contents of that correspondence. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own systems and are never sent to us.
How we use it
To process and dispatch your order, provide tracking, handle warranty and returns, keep the records we are required to keep, and reply to you. We send marketing email only if you have asked for it, and every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to complete your order: our ecommerce and payments platform Shopify, the freight carrier delivering your parcel, and our accounting and email providers. Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
This site and the hosted checkout use cookies and similar storage to keep your cart and your session working. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout will not function properly if you do.
Access, correction and complaints
Email us to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
