This is the clamp we make for the Ford Next-Gen Ranger, and it exists because we did not want to bolt a generic bracket onto a beautifully finished ute. The body was drawn to follow the exact profile of the Ranger's factory roof rails, so it sits down onto the rail rather than perching on top of it. It is deliberately not a one-size-fits-all part. The goal was simple: it should look like it came out of the Ford factory with the vehicle, and once your mount is on it, most people will assume it did.

Fitment
One vehicle, on purpose. The Next-Gen Ranger with factory rails.
Right now this clamp is available for the Ford Next-Gen Ranger with the standard factory roof rails, and nothing else. That is not us being precious. A clamp that tries to suit every rail on the market ends up gripping none of them properly, so we drew this one around the Ranger rail and left it at that.
If your Ranger has aftermarket rails, a rack platform or cross bars, this is not the part you want. Talk to us instead and we will point you at the rack maker's own approved hardware, or make you a one-off bracket in the workshop.

Design and construction
It should look like Ford fitted it.
The body is laser cut and folded from 4mm aluminium, which is thicker than it needs to be for the load and exactly what it needs to be for the look. Thin material oil-cans and shows every fold. At 4mm the faces stay flat and the folds stay crisp, so the clamp reads as a finished part rather than a bent bracket.
Every clamp is pretreated for corrosion resistance before it is coated, then powder coated in a durable Textura finish. The pretreatment is the part nobody sees and the part that decides whether a coating is still on the metal in five years of salt, dust and washdowns.
Hardware is stainless steel throughout. Nothing on this clamp should be the first thing to rust, and stainless is the cheap decision to get right at the start.
Between the clamp and the vehicle sits rubber vibration dampening. It does two jobs: it keeps corrugation buzz out of the rail, and it means the only thing in contact with your paint is rubber, not aluminium.

Worth knowing
Will it fit my 300 Series LandCruiser or Y62 Patrol?
Not yet, and we would rather tell you that than sell you something that almost fits. The 300 Series and the Y62 Patrol are next in line, and the fastest way to move your model up the queue is to email us with your vehicle so we know there is demand for it.
I am running a different brand of mount. Can I still use this?
Get in contact. The clamp is designed around our own Starlink Mini mount, but the top face is our own work and we can usually adjust the bolt pattern to suit another mount. Tell us what you are running and we will let you know what is involved.
Can I get it in a custom colour?
Yes. Satin Black and Gloss White are the two we keep on the shelf, but everything is powder coated locally, so if you want the clamp to match your vehicle exactly, email us and we will quote the colour you are after.
Will it mark the roof rails?
There is a rubber vibration dampening layer between the clamp and the vehicle, so the only thing in contact with the rail is rubber. Give the rail a wipe before you fit it, the same as you would with anything clamped to paint.
This clamp is made for one vehicle on purpose. If you have a 300 Series LandCruiser, a Y62 Patrol or something else, email us with your vehicle and we will add you to the list for that model.
