The GU Tourer Tray is a purpose-built aluminium tray designed specifically for Nissan Patrol touring builds. Made from high-grade 6082-T6 and 5083 marine-grade aluminium, it offers the ideal balance between weight savings, strength, and storage functionality. This tray is fully TIG welded, CNC-folded, and FEA-tested—delivering long-term performance without compromising on looks or durability.

Each tray is Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tested for structural performance. A copy of the report is included with your order.
• High-Grade Aluminium Build
– 5mm 6082-T6 structural interlocking floor extrusions
– 3mm 6082-T6 tread plate floor (optional non-slip coating)
– 3mm 5083 folded components
• Fully TIG Welded Construction
No MIG, no shortcuts. All seams are hand-welded.
• Canopy Mounting Points
Pre-aligned for Kettle Customs removable canopy compatibility.
• 1200mm Under-Tray Drawer (220kg Rated)
Heavy-duty drawer mounted with secure bolted connections.
• Rear Toolboxes + Fuel Filler Relocation
Driver-side lockable toolbox houses relocated filler. Rubber-lined with internal coating. All relocation hardware supplied.
• ADR-Compliant Lighting
Includes Roadvision BR122ARR LED lights and recessed number plate light.
• Adjustable 10mm Aluminium Mounting Brackets
– Polyurethane isolators prevent electrolysis

Strength & Intended Use:
This tray is fully aluminium and designed for load-bearing strength equal to our mild steel options.
However, aluminium is less impact-resistant than steel.
Recommended for:
– Touring & travel builds
– Lightweight, performance-focused setups
– Fuel-efficient 4WDs
– General off-road use (excluding extreme impact conditions)
Not ideal for:
– Constant rock abuse or high-impact track work
– Harsh 4WD environments (consider mild steel alternatives)
