Refund policy

At Kettle Customs, we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship. As our products are made to order, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is:


  • Defective
  • Incorrect due to our error
  • Damaged during delivery



If any of the above applies, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.


Custom orders cannot be returned for change of mind.
