Processing Time

Each tray or canopy is made to order. Production time typically takes 4–8 weeks depending on the customisation. Once your order is complete, it will be dispatched within 2-4 business days.

• Metro areas: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Rural/remote areas: 5–10 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow its progress.

Delivery Issues

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If your item is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order details. We’ll work with the freight company to resolve the issue.
