What are your manufacturing lead times?

Our manufacturing lead times typically range from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order.
Most builds move quickly through production, but the timeframe can vary based on design changes or custom modifications requested during the quoting or CAD phase. Because all of our work is laser cut, CNC-folded, and assembled in-house, we can move efficiently — but we also take the time to ensure every detail is spot on before manufacturing begins. We’ll keep you updated along the way so you know exactly where your order stands.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is complete, delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location within Australia. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your item leaves our workshop.

Can I get my item fitted at your workshop?

Absolutely. We offer free fitment at the time of pickup for all tray and canopy-related products. If you’re local or planning to travel to our Somerville workshop, we’ll have your setup installed and ready to go at no extra charge.
