Designed, engineered, and built in-house at our Somerville facility, our Comp Series Steel Tray is purpose-built for strength, simplicity, and serious off-road performance. Constructed from heavy-wall 50 mm steel tube and fitted with a 3mm 5083 grade aluminium floor, this tray is engineered to handle Australia’s toughest terrain with ease.

Every tray is fabricated using CNC-notched tube, MIG-welded construction, and finished in a heavy-duty 2K polyurethane coating for superior chip and corrosion resistance. Built for strength over storage, the Comp Series is designed for drivers who demand reliability, clearance, and durability in the harshest off-road conditions.

• 3mm Aluminium Tread Plate Floor
  Fitted with a single piece 3mm 5083 grade aluminium floor for reduced weight and superior corrosion protection. Fitted out with removable M10 eye bolts for the ability to tie down your gear at any point of the tray bed.

• FEA-Tested Design
  Each tray undergoes Finite Element Analysis (FEA) testing to ensure structural integrity under real-world stress and recovery scenarios.

• Fully MIG-Welded Construction
  All structural seams are fully welded for long-term strength and reliability in demanding off-road environments.

• Canopy Mounting Compatibility
  Includes pre-drilled M8 stainless nutserts in tray supports to accommodate for removable canopy systems.

• Pre-Wired ADR-Compliant Lighting
  Fitted with 4 x Roadvision BR-122ARR LED taillights and Roadvision BR-15B number plate light, pre-wired for quick installation.

• Electrolysis Protection
  All aluminium bed fixings are stainless steel, with rubber isolators beneath the tread plate to prevent galvanic corrosion.

• Heavy-Duty 2K Polyurethane Paint Finish
  Professionally coated in-house for a tough, industrial-grade finish that resists chips, abrasion, and corrosion.
