Every canopy is CNC laser-cut, folded, TIG-welded, and assembled with a combination of sealed rivets and stainless steel hardware, delivering a clean, durable, and weather-tight finish that pairs perfectly with our custom tray profile.

  Built from 3 mm folded 5052 aluminium components for exceptional stiffness, strength, and long-term durability while still maintaining a lightweight structure.

• Parametric Design fit for Any Vehicle
  Designed using a fully parametric CAD system, each canopy can be adjusted to suit the tray length and dimensions of any vehicle — ensuring a perfect, tailored fit for any setup.
  Both length and height are entirely customisable, allowing the canopy to be fine-tuned for specific applications. For example, the height can be adjusted so that roof racks, rooftop tents, or accessories sit flush with the cab, maintaining a clean and functional profile.

• Interlocking Folded Bracing System
  Reinforced throughout with 3 mm folded internal bracing, laser slotted for the ease of internal wiring, tie-down integration, and weight optimisation.
  Includes interlocking floor bracing with M6 nutserts throughout for simple mounting of drawers, fridges, or other internal fit-out components.

• Custom Folded LED Strip Housing
  Integrated CNC-folded aluminium LED strip casing with a flush-mount Perspex cover for clean, protected interior illumination.

• Roof Bracing & Mounting Integration

  Ease of use with our slam-to-shut design, with 2 stage latching meaning the door will remain locked in the case it wasn't shut properly - giving you peace of mind

• Unique Sealing System
  Our unique door mount seal designed to ensure it is protected from potential contact with camping gear or equipment when loading and unloading. This placement prevents accidental damage or dislodging that can occur when seals are positioned on the canopy flange, while also providing a more consistent and effective dust and weather seal, and a cleaner finish.
