Precision CNC laser-cut and folded from 3mm aluminium, TempShield Pro has been developed to provide a highly durable enclosure that integrates seamlessly with your Starlink Mini setup. Every detail is considered to balance strength, airflow efficiency, weather resistance, and installation simplicity.

Dual integrated 12V weather-rated cooling fans operate via an automotive thermostat switch to assist in maintaining optimal operating temperature.
Integrated power system
Includes a pre-installed 12V to 30V step-up converter to support stable performance and simplified wiring integration.
Security fasteners
316-grade stainless steel M8 security fasteners provide consistent clamping force while requiring a dedicated tool for removal.
Flush acrylic lid
4mm UV-stable acrylic cover features a weather-repellent coating to minimise water pooling and reduce debris accumulation.
Universal mounting slots
Integrated M8 and M6 slot geometry supports compatibility with major roof rack systems without requiring drilling.

Elevated internal temperatures can reduce performance stability. Our Thermal Protection Mount has been engineered to assist in maintaining consistent operating conditions.
The aerodynamic front shroud helps direct airflow while protecting internal components from weather exposure. Integrated cooling fans activate only when required, helping reduce the likelihood of performance throttling caused by excessive heat.
Simplified Installation.
Pre-installed internal wiring and integrated voltage conversion reduce setup complexity while maintaining a clean installation layout.
Power is supplied via a standard Anderson connection, allowing flexible cable routing depending on the installation environment.
