Lockable Thermal Protection Mount for Starlink Mini
A secure and accessible mounting solution for Starlink Mini. Designed for customers who want active cooling, integrated electronics, and easier removal of the unit when relocating between setups.
Designed for Access and Protection.
Manufactured from CNC laser-cut and folded 3mm aluminium, the Lockable Thermal Protection Mount features a two-piece construction with a base and hinged lid. It has been developed for customers who want a secure enclosure while retaining easier access to remove and reposition their Starlink Mini when required.

Two-piece hinged design
A base and flip-open lid configuration makes removal of the Starlink Mini more convenient when moving between installations.
Keyed latch access
A quarter-turn compression latch provides secure closure while allowing fast, straightforward access when needed.
Integrated active cooling
Twin 12V cooling fans and an integrated thermostat switch help manage operating temperature in demanding conditions.
Integrated voltage conversion
Includes a pre-installed 12V to 30V step-up converter to support stable performance and simplified wiring integration.
UV-stable acrylic lid cover
A 3mm UV-stable acrylic cover is built into the lid and clamps the unit neatly into place when closed.
Corrosion-resistant construction
316-grade stainless fasteners, powder-coated external hardware, and corrosion-resistant materials are used throughout the assembly.
Built for Ease of Relocation.
The Lockable Thermal Protection Mount is particularly well suited to customers who regularly remove and reposition their Starlink Mini between vehicles, canopies, caravans, or temporary setups.
Its hinged lid and keyed latch design allow the unit to be accessed more easily than a fully enclosed fixed-body mount, while still maintaining a secure and weather-conscious enclosure.
Active Cooling System.
The Lockable Thermal Protection Mount includes the same electronic package as our non-lockable variant.
Twin 12V cooling fans and an integrated thermostat switch work together to support stable performance and help reduce the likelihood of heat-related throttling in demanding conditions.
Straightforward Installation.
Power is supplied by bringing the cable up through the base of the mount and connecting it to the internal Anderson plug mounted within the enclosure.
The system is designed around a simple 12V Anderson plug connection, keeping installation clean and uncomplicated.

Durability and Protection.
Constructed from 3mm aluminium and assembled using 316-grade stainless button head fasteners throughout, the mount is built for long-term outdoor use. The quarter-turn compression latch is manufactured from zinc-plated steel and finished in a black textured powder coat, with the complete assembly designed for superior corrosion resistance.
